About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive WordPress & LMS Developer to manage, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve our corporate website and our client corporate websites.

This is a long-term, full-time remote contract position ideal for someone who thrives under deadlines, enjoys solving problems independently, and is excited to work with AI tools to deliver faster, higher-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot corporate and client WordPress websites.
• Administer and optimize LMS platforms such as LearnPress, LearnDash, Tutor LMS, or similar, including courses, quizzes, certificates, and user management.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate new WordPress plugins, themes, and AI tools.
• Perform regular website upgrades, security updates, and backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues quickly, especially under time-sensitive deadlines.
• Use AI tools to speed up development, content creation, QA, and support response times.
• Collaborate with the team on new feature rollouts, redesigns, and client website requests.
• Monitor site performance, uptime, and user experience and proactively recommend improvements.
• Stay current with emerging WordPress, LMS, and AI technologies.
• Provide day or night shift coverage as required based on business/client needs.
• Assist with web copy, course content, marketing materials, and other back-office tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on professional experience with WordPress website development and management.
• Demonstrated experience working with LMS plugins such as LearnPress, LearnDash, Tutor LMS, LifterLMS, or similar.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
• Strong understanding of WordPress plugin/theme integration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, high-speed, and secure personal internet connection.
• Willingness and flexibility to work day or night shifts as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality professional work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graphic design, UI/UX, or website visual layout skills.
• Technical writing skills including documentation, help articles, and process guides.
• Experience with website security best practices and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with certificate/credentialing plugins and verification systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, or JavaScript for custom fixes and enhancements.
• Prior experience supporting multiple client websites simultaneously.

About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, driven Business Development and Social Media Marketing Manager/Intern to help fuel our growth across the India and Asia region.

This remote opportunity is open across experience levels — from internship positions through full-time Manager roles, with strong-performing interns given a clear path to convert to full-time.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue potential clients and partners across the India and Asia region.
• Assist with outreach campaigns and help build relationships with prospects via email, calls, and online meetings.
• Manage and optimize company social media accounts, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
• Adjust content based on performance analytics.
• Contribute to content strategies that support brand awareness and lead generation.
• Coordinate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
• Track and report on business development and marketing performance.
• Stay informed on regional market trends and competitive insights.
• Use AI tools and basic technology platforms to work smarter and faster.
• Perform confidently under deadline pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for audience growth and engagement.
• Skills in Digital Marketing and Content Strategy to support online campaigns and lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and basic analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate across time zones.
• Interest in business development, sales, or marketing within education, training, or technology is a strong advantage.
• Aggressive, results-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• An MBA is highly recommended for candidates applying to the full-time remote Manager position.
